Mr Jacqueline van Embden is an all-round procedural lawyer with over 35 years’ experience. She obtained a degree in Dutch Law and International Private Law from the University of Amsterdam, in 1988.

She gained experience with various professionally specialised law firms in the district of Amsterdam-Zuid. She has had her own law firm for thirty years now, and has made her name in some big divorce cases.
